UAUT and UATC Host Inspiring STEM Program for A-Level and O-Level Student

In a joint effort to shape future innovators and empower young minds, United African University of Tanzania (UAUT) and United African Technical College (UATC) on 26/04/2025 hosted an impactful Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) program. The event was designed to introduce A-Level and O-Level students to foundational and practical knowledge in technology an essential skillset in today’s rapidly evolving world. The program brought together passionate learners from Pugu,Benjamini, Jangwani, Kibasila, Azania and Tambaza Secondary School, offering them hands-on experience and interactive sessions led by university faculty and industry professionals. Students explored areas such as basic , coding, robotics, design thinking and mathematics competition gaining not just technical skills but also confidence in problem-solving and creativity. The event was more than just learning it was about inspiration, collaboration, and building a community of young thinkers who are ready to contribute to national and global progress. As technology continues to shape every aspect of life, initiatives like this STEM program are essential in preparing the next generation to thrive in a digital and innovation.
