Mr. Maneno Sudayi

Mr. Maneno Sudayi is an information technology researcher and academic associated with the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT) and he is also currently serving as a Quality Assurance Officer and tutor at the United African Technical College (UATC) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

He is notably the lead author of a peer-reviewed research study titled "A Dual-Module Machine Learning Framework for Vulnerability Assessment of Government Payment Gateways: Static Prioritisation and Runtime Detection," published in the East African Journal of Information Technology in September 2026.

His work primarily focuses on cybersecurity, technical quality assurance, and applying machine learning to secure public digital infrastructure.
