Prof. Jin Ki Hwang, PhD

Principal

Prof. Jin Ki Hwang, PhD, is a distinguished theologian, educator, and academic leader. He serves as an Assistant Professor of New Testament and Assistant Dean of the Korean Doctor of Ministry Program at Fuller Theological Seminary. He has taught New Testament courses at the seminary since 2006 and contributes to the academic and administrative development of its Korean Doctor of Ministry Program. Prof. Hwang also serves as the Principal of United African Technical College in Tanzania. In this role, he provides strategic and academic leadership, guiding the institution in its mission to deliver quality technical and professional education. His extensive experience in teaching, theological scholarship, and institutional leadership continues to support the growth and development of both Fuller Theological Seminary and United African Technical College.

Mr. Maneno Sudayi

<p>Mr. Maneno Sudayi is an information technology researcher and academic associated with the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT) and he is also currently serving as a Quality Assurance Officer and tutor at the <a href="https://uatc.ac.tz/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">United African Technical College (UATC)</a> in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.</p><p><br></p><p>He is notably the lead author of a peer-reviewed research study titled <em>"<a href="https://doi.org/10.37284/eajit.9.2.5696" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">A Dual-Module Machine Learning Framework for Vulnerability Assessment of Government Payment Gateways: Static Prioritisation and Runtime Detection,</a>"</em> published in the East African Journal of Information Technology in September 2026.</p><p><br></p><p>His work primarily focuses on cybersecurity, technical quality assurance, and applying machine learning to secure public digital infrastructure.</p>
